These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your purchase and use of RecruitReady VB, the online volleyball recruiting course and related resources available at recruitreadyvb.com (the “Service”). By purchasing or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not purchase or use the Service.
1. The Service
RecruitReady VB is an online course that walks parents and high school volleyball athletes through the college recruiting process. Your purchase includes:
- 6 course modules (55 step-by-step topics)
- 58 downloadable PDF resources
- The RecruitReady VB Recruiting Tracker (Google Sheet)
- Lifetime access and all future updates
2. Purchase and payment
The course is a one-time purchase of $497 USD. Payment is processed securely by Stripe. Your purchase grants you a personal, non-transferable license to access the course and its materials.
3. Account and access
A user account is created at checkout. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for all activity under your account. Do not share your account with people outside your immediate family.
4. Refund policy — 14-Day Money-Back Guarantee
If the course isn’t the right fit, Reach us via our contact form within 14 days of purchase and we’ll refund you in full. Refunds are processed to your original payment method and typically appear within 5–10 business days.
To qualify for a refund, the following must be true:
- The request is made within 14 days of your original purchase date.
- The request is submitted from the email address used for purchase.
- Your account shows less than 25% course completion. This protects the majority of buyers who give the course a real try while preventing abuse by people who download all materials and then request a refund.
After 14 days — or if the 25% completion threshold has been exceeded — purchases are non-refundable.
5. Intellectual property
All course content — videos, PDFs, templates, the Recruiting Tracker, text, images, and design — is owned by RecruitReady VB and protected by U.S. copyright law. Your purchase gives you a license to use the materials personally with your athlete. You may not:
- Re-sell, re-distribute, or publish any part of the course.
- Share your login or files with people outside your immediate family.
- Use the content to create competing products or services.
6. Acceptable use
When using the Service, you agree not to:
- Attempt to access areas of the site you’re not authorized to access.
- Upload malicious code, run scans, or otherwise interfere with the site.
- Use the Service for any unlawful purpose.
- Impersonate another person.
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
7. No guarantees of recruiting outcomes
We’ve built this course based on real experience helping high school athletes navigate college volleyball recruiting, and we believe the system works. However, we do not guarantee that you or your athlete will receive scholarship offers, a roster spot, or any specific recruiting outcome. Recruiting outcomes depend on many factors outside our control — including athletic ability, academics, timing, injuries, and coach decisions.
8. Updates and changes to the course
We continuously update the course as NCAA / NAIA rules change and as we learn what works. Updates are included at no additional cost. We may, at our discretion, modify, retire, or replace specific lessons or resources over time.
9. Email communications
By purchasing, you agree to receive transactional emails (account, receipts, important updates) and educational emails related to your course. You can unsubscribe from educational emails at any time using the link in any email. Transactional emails cannot be unsubscribed from while your account is active.
10. Disclaimers
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available.” We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding the Service’s uptime, accuracy, completeness, or fitness for a particular purpose, except as required by law.
11. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, RecruitReady VB’s total liability arising out of or related to these Terms or the Service will not exceed the amount you paid for the course in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages.
12. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. For material changes we’ll notify you by email or a notice on the site. Continued use after the change means you accept the updated Terms.
13. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, United States, without regard to conflict of laws principles. Any dispute arising out of or related to these Terms or the Service will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Harris County, Texas.
