RecruitReady VB (“we,” “us,” or “our”) operates recruitreadyvb.com. We provide an online volleyball recruiting course and related resources for high school athletes and their families.

What we collect
Information you provide
- Account & order information — name, email, billing address, phone (optional). Required to process your purchase and deliver the course.
- Payment information — handled securely by Stripe. We do not see or store your card number.
- Communications — any emails you send us, fill-in-the-blank responses you submit inside the course, or replies to our emails.
Information collected automatically
- IP address, browser and device type, referring URL, pages visited, time on page.
- Cookies and similar technologies (see the Cookies section below).
- Advertising and analytics pixels — Meta Pixel, Google Analytics/Ads — used to measure our ads and improve the site.
How we use your information
- Deliver the course, the tracker, and downloads you purchased.
- Send account-related messages (password setup, receipts, order confirmations).
- Send educational emails about recruiting (you can unsubscribe anytime).
- Respond to support questions.
- Measure and improve the site, the course, and our ads.
- Detect fraud and protect our services.
We do not sell your personal information.
Who we share information with
We use trusted service providers to run RecruitReady VB. They process data only on our behalf and only for the purposes listed:
- Stripe — payment processing. Stripe’s privacy policy.
- Acumbamail — email delivery for account, welcome, and educational emails. Acumbamail’s privacy policy.
- Meta (Facebook/Instagram) — ad measurement and retargeting via the Meta Pixel. Meta’s privacy policy.
- Google — analytics and ad measurement. Google’s privacy policy.
- Our hosting provider — stores the site, database, and files.
We may also disclose information when required by law (subpoena, court order) or to protect the rights and safety of RecruitReady VB, our customers, or the public.
Cookies and similar technologies
We use cookies to:
- Keep you logged in and remember what’s in your cart (essential — required for the site to work).
- Understand site usage so we can improve it (analytics cookies).
- Measure and serve ads (Meta Pixel, Google Ads).
Most browsers let you block or delete cookies. Doing so may prevent parts of the site (including checkout and login) from working.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to:
- Access a copy of the personal information we hold about you.
- Correct information that is inaccurate.
- Delete your information (subject to legal retention requirements).

Children’s privacy
RecruitReady VB is sold to parents and guardians, not to children directly. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe we’ve collected information from a child under 13, contact us and we will delete it.
Data retention
We keep account and order information while you have an active account, plus up to seven years after your last purchase for tax and accounting purposes. Analytics data is typically retained for up to 14 months. You can request earlier deletion by emailing us.
Security
We use industry-standard measures — HTTPS in transit, secure password hashing, and limited employee access — to protect your information. No system is completely secure, but we take reasonable steps to guard against unauthorized access.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The “Effective date” at the top will change when we do. For material changes we’ll notify you by email or a notice on the site.
